1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fetchly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Fetchly. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Fetchly is a platform that helps you coordinate pet care within your trusted circle of family, friends, or neighbors. The Service allows you to see who is available, confirm care arrangements, and communicate about your pets. We do not provide veterinary, legal, or professional pet-care advice; the Service is a coordination tool only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fetchly. If you are under 18, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using Fetchly, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Your Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for your conduct and content on the Service, including communications with other users and care arrangements you make. You must not use Fetchly to harass others, spread false information, or violate any applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fetchly only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. You must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts; use the Service to distribute malware or spam; scrape or automate access in violation of our policies; or use Fetchly in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

6. Pet Care and Liability

Fetchly facilitates connections and coordination between users; we are not a party to any care arrangements you make. Any agreement between you and another user (e.g., pet sitting, walking, or feeding) is solely between you and that user. Fetchly is not responsible for the actions of users, the care provided to pets, or any loss, injury, or damage arising from pet care arrangements. You use the Service at your own risk and should ensure that anyone caring for your pet is qualified and trustworthy.

7. Intellectual Property

Fetchly and its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by Fetchly Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Fetchly will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetchly Group and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fetchly at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use Fetchly ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fetchly Group operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
